To finalise the confirmation of this booking we require a non-refundable payment of the Venue Inclusions & Hire amount relevant to your chosen room use i.e. Full Room or Half Room. An invoice will be sent to you on receipt of this booking form. Who should we make the Invoice out to? *

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Saturdays & Sundays

A minimum bar spend of $1,000 and Full Room hire applies.

Catering

All food & drinks are to be provided by Chirnsides by the River (Werribee Football Club Limited), no external providers are permitted without written confirmation from Chirnsides by the River.

Decorations

No confetti. If confetti balloons are popped during or after the event concludes, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

Candles

No burning candles are permitted without sufficient container to catch wax. Any wax spills pay incur additional cleaning fees.

Setup prior to event

On the day setup is permitted two hours before event start, unless availability permits otherwise. If you require setup from earlier in the day, additional fees will apply.

Pack up after event

You can pack up your items and take home on the same night, alternatively we can store them onsite for pick-up on the Monday. If you require pick-up of your items on a Sunday, additional fees will apply.

Booking Form

A Booking Form is to be completed with agreement to terms and conditions to secure a particular event date. The venue hire is to be paid to secure the venue space along with the Booking Form and is non-refundable.

Payment schedule

All invoices are to be paid prior to event commencement.
